Can I cancel my purchase?
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time you have received the product, in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act. The item returned must be unused, in complete original packaging and in undamaged condition.
How do I make a return?
It is possible to return posters that are in their original condition. Feel free to contact us via a form or info@postermarket.se if you want to return one (or more) items. Our customer service will contact you for further instructions on how to proceed.
What do I do if I have received a damaged poster?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@postermarket.se if you discover any damage to your poster. Give the order number and what is wrong with your item and we will help you in the best way to fix the problem. Do not send products to us before contact as we will decide if you should send in the product or if you receive a new one immediately. If a refund or cancellation of an invoice is to be made, this must be done by PosterMarket Nordic AB within 14 days of the case being received.
